Orders & Shipping:

  • strives to ship orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to seven business days. Styles2you must wait for payment to clear before shipping. If you would like your order to ship quicker, please use Pay Pal at checkout. You may use Pay Pal with regular credit card; you do not have to have Pay Pal account. Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive an email to notify you as such. After item(s) have left with USPS, they are out of our control. If they have not arrived in the normal amount of time, please check with your local United States Post Office. If you have not received your items after three weeks, please notify
  • Orders paid by method other than PayPal may require signature at your local post office. Orders are shipped through USPS (US post office). Delivery time varies depending on shipping option chosen. Please allow up to forty eight hours if email requires a response.

Returns & Exchanges: Total satisfaction of our customers is's primary concern. Our customers may return/exchange any item within 14 days under the following conditions:

  •  All items returned to must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached by original method (attached by Styles2you). Free of odors of any kind, makeup, deodorant, smoke, hair, pet hair etc. This does not mean you cannot try the item on, rather if the item shows signs of being worn for a period of time, perfumes, odors of any kind, makeup, deodorant, smoke, hair, pet hair etc. we cannot accept your return.
  •  Email within fourteen days of delivery (if delivery was delayed, delivery will be considered the first delivery attempt of the Post Office) indicate your intention to exchange or return. Please quote your name, address, original invoice number, the item being returned. We will in turn issue an RA number that must be enclosed and written on the label of the package in order to process your return. (If no response within four business days, please email again)
  • If the customer so chooses to return the item, they are acknowledging that store credit will be issued once the item(s) have been received and inspected.
  •  The return item(s) must be received by within seven days of you/buyer receiving RA number. Please ship all returns via USPS. Your RA NUMBER MUST BE PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE of your package or your return may be refused. If your returned item is approved and received by more than seven days of you/buyer receiving RA# or twenty-one days in total a restocking fee may apply. Please allow up to fourteen business days from delivery confirmation for store credit to be issued via email.
  •  All Verducci brand items need to be inspected immediately upon arrival. Verducci returns need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving by phone and email. You then have 24 hours to supply us with tracking information. The item must reach within three days or this purchase in not returnable. These steps must be followed even if you have not heard back from us or received your RA#. Please make a copy of your original emailed confirmation with your RA#, name, address, email, phone number, form of payment. We recommend you return item(s) in it's original package.   • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Special offers (Ex. Free Shipping) are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. This means if you return an item for credit and you received free shipping and handling, we will withhold twenty percent or a minimum of 9.99 USD from your credit.
  • is not responsible for any item that is not returned in new, unused, unworn, damage while in buyers possession or laundered etc. We do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used or damaged by you or the Postal Service while item is in buyers possession. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. If return is refused, buyer assumes responsibility of supplying return shipping if buyer desires to have the item back.
  • Once the tags are cut, you accept item(s) as is. Item is no longer eligible for return. Styles2you is not responsible once items is worn and or laundered. Special orders will be accepted with these conditions: All special orders are prepaid only and there are no returns on special orders If for any reason you have a problem or a question regarding your order or return, buyer in good faith promises to notify and work with to resolve such issue before contacting any bank institution. If buyer fails to communicate with Styles2you and or files a claim for a bogus matter clearly stated in our return policy, Styles2you has permission to charge and or withhold bank fees. We cannot honor price adjustments. Styles2you stores clothing in original bags which could cause item to smell like the dye used in production. This will air out or come out during wash.
  • will not entertain any return request for any reason for any item after fourteen days of purchase as the return period has run out. Styles2you reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Content, color, and measurements may vary on all items. If your state or country requires you to report and or pay taxes including but not limited to import tax, sales tax etc, you the buyer claim sole responsibility.
