Orders & Shipping:
Upon placing an order you will receive an automated copy of your order. strives to ship all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 business days. Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive an email to notify you as such. After we drop your item(s) with USPS they are out of our control. If they have not arrived in the normal amount of time, please check with your local United States Post Office. If package is returned to Styles2you due to wrong address given by customer, not signed for, unclaimed ect. original shipping charges will not be refundable. If you have not received your items after THREE WEEKS, please notify   

***All orders that are paid by any other method other than PayPal may require signature at your local post office. 

All orders are shipped through USPS (post office) and delivery time varies depending on the shipping option chosen. All orders above $1000 USD will be shipped by UPS.

If expedited service is requested (overnight) you must call (602) 449-1277 and speak to a customer service representative. If there is no answer please leave a message and a representative will return your call.  
If you email us please allow up to 7 days if a response is necessary.

Returns & Exchanges:
Total satisfaction of our customers is's primary concern. Our customers may return or exchange any item under the following conditions:

*All items returned to must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached by original method (attached by Styles2you). Free of all odors, hair, pet hair ect. This does not mean you cannot try the item on, rather if the item shows signs of being worn for a period of time we cannot accept your return. Statements regarding products are of our opinion only. We do not warranty product once tag is cut.
*Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Special offers (Ex. Free Shipping) are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancelations, and exchanges. This means if you return an item for a refund and you received free shipping and handling, we will deduct 10% or a minimum of 5.99 from your refund. If buyer requires an exchange, buyer will be resposible for shipping and handling of second shipment with a minimum of 5.99.
*Please email (pay pal & other emails will not receive a response) within five days of delivery (If no response within four business days after emailing, please call 602 449-1277) and indicate your intention to exchange or return. Please quote your name, address, original invoice number, the item being returned, if it is an exchange or a refund, and if it is a exchange you require, the new item you would like. We will in turn issue an RA number that must be enclosed and written on the label of the package in order to process your return.

*Refunds: The return item(s) must be received by within seven days of you/buyer recieving RA number. Please ship all returns via USPS. Your RA NUMBER MUST BE PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE of your package or your return may be refused. Store Credit: If your returned item is approved and received by more than seven days of you/buyer receiving RA#, You will be issued a store credit Via Email. Restocking fee may apply if applicable. Please allow 6 business days from the date of delivery confirmation to refund.

*All Verducci brand items need to be inspected immediately upon arrival. Return or flaws need to be reported within 24 hours by phone AND email. You then have 24 hours to supply us with tracking information. The item must reach within three days or this purchase in not returnable. These steps must be followed even if you have not heard back from us or received your RA#.

Please make a copy of your original Emailed confirmation with your RA#, name, address, email, phone number, form of payment and notes as to items being exchanged or a refund.

* Exchanges: Upon receipt of the returned item, allow four to fourteen days for processing of the new shipment. If there is a price difference you will be sent a money request through PayPal. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.   
* is not responsible for any item that is not returned in new, unused and unworn condition. We do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used.
****Special orders will be accepted with these conditions: ALL Special orders are prepaid only and there are NO RETURNS on special orders.
* We cannot do price adjustments once an order is placed and or shipped.
*If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any part of your purchase, you must commincate this through email and or a phone call within five days of receiving your purchase. Once the tags are cut, you have accepted your item(s) as is.
*If your state or country requires you to report and or pay taxes including but not limited to import tax, sales tax ect, you the buyer claim sole responsibility.
